Jennifer successfully led the UX/UI team in developing the Viewpoint SaaS application for Willdan. She achieved numerous milestones, including setting up a component library, wireframing capabilities, style guides, and a training plan for the UX/UI team. Jennifer enhanced the user experience and interface across the application, identified user pain points, and improved areas that drove business results and efficiencies. Her work was critical to program operations and client satisfaction, fulfilling all contractual expectations.

Jennifer navigated the team through challenging times, including management and employee changes, with empathy, patience, and professionalism. She takes pride in her work, goes the extra mile, and is highly organized. Her commitment to excellence is innate, and she implements sound processes. Jennifer's attention to detail is exceptional, and she encourages the same standard in her team.

I have known Jennifer for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to both work with her and to observe her work.  In both cases, Jennifer always exceeded any expectations that we have had.
